  • What is your return policy?

    Top Sports Media strives for products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery. Understandably, customized items cannot be accepted for a refund.  


    To exchange an item, please email customer service at Info@topsportsproduction.com to request an exchange authorization. 



    We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent to the proofing process. 



    Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed (either shipping cost or merchandise value) due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect Top Sports Media or any of our carriers.  Thank you for understanding.

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping rates are based on UPS rates based on the number of pounds per shipping container. 

  • Why do you need a logo or artwork?

    When you select your logo or artwork our team will create a mockup and first proof for you to approve before printing. This ensures accurate ordering. Please be sure to check your email for your first proof.
